2The company started out in Richmond B.C. doing gutter cleaning along with window cleaning but did not do any gutter cleaning  or window cleaning in Surrey B.C. until around 1995 .Brian Beaumont, the owner of the company, did not live in Richmond or Surrey but started by knocking on doors in various townhouse complexes in Richmond. Surrey seemed a little far out of reach at the time.

Brian continued to knock on doors in Richmond every weekend for about 5 years. He would get enough work for the following in week by knocking on doors on the weekends and then would do all the work the following work. The reason he started in Richmond and not Surrey is that there were many complexes and houses being built at the time and Richmond was a very good place to get work by personal contact with home owners and townhouse tenants.

It just seemed right to operate in Richmond as it was a growing area in 1984 when the company started. Also it was actually easier to clean windows in Richmond compared to other places because of the accessibility of the windows. In other words, there is a lot of room around the houses in Richmond and the ground around the houses is flat making it easy to stand up ladders and reach the windows.

Later, around 1990, the company expanded and started to service Surrey. Surrey is similar to Richmond in that there is also a lot of room around the houses making easy accessibility. There was also a lot of new construction in Surrey creating lots of doors to knock on. Surrey was further away from Vancouver but Brian would get a few Jobs each week in various areas in Surrey encouraging a lot of customer growth. We now do gutter cleaning in North Vancouver, Surrey, Vancouver, West Vancouver, all over the lower mainland. We also do window cleaning in North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Surrey, Vancouver, all over the lower mainland.
